Family, Police Looking for Information in Disappearance of PCC Counselor

Sylvania – The family of Frank Roger, a counselor at the Sylvania campus of Portland Community College, is hoping someone can provide details in where the missing Portland man may be.

According to an e-mail sent by college officials, Roger was last seen at the Blitz on Southeast 12th avenue around 1 p.m. on Saturday the 20th.

He uses a wheelchair, and drives a ramp equipped dark blue Chrysler Town & Country with license plate number XKT090.

Porltand Police are Investigating this as a missing person’s case – anyone with relevant infomation is asked to call Detective Mike Weinstein, at 503-823-0446
