The District Student Council represents the student voice at the district level. The DSC is dedicated to enriching the lives of all Portland Community College Students and community members. Their mission is to unify the Associated Students of Portland Community College (ASPCC) at each of our four comprehensive campuses – Cascade, Rock Creek, Southeast, and Sylvania – and to collaborate on district-wide initiatives that address cultural and institutional barriers that would prevent any student from achieving their educational goals. They aim to create an institutional precedent where all students have equitable access to higher education attainment without discrimination. They empower students to speak up and speak out on issues of equity, sustainability, financial insecurity, and college affordability. Meeting minutes and more information can be found on the DSC’s homepage on PantherHub! To find PantherHub go to PCC’s website and click “Resources” located at the top right hand corner of the home page. Once in resource find PantherHub. Once you are on PatherHub search: DSC and their home page will appear~ scroll to the bottom of the page and there you are!
