Financial Literacy: Haunted House

This Tuesday, October 30, 2018, from 11am-3pm, PCC’s Student Financial Success Coaches are hosing an Financial Literacy at Rock Creek Building 5 in Rm 122. We know that financial literacy can sound like scary topic but our goal is to make it approachable and relatable. We will show that money management doesn’t have to be intimidating. Students will be welcomed to visit our booths in a trick-or-treat style. We have reached out to other departments and community partners to for participation. Topics cover to be covered: Budgeting, student loan debt, food insecurity, graduation and academic advising, protecting your classes from being deleted, responsible borrowing, identity theft, & saving money. There will also be a drawing, prizes include $100 bucks to use toward tuition, $50 bookstore gift card, AND AN iPad MINI.
